A very underrated and useful buddleja from South Africa, that seems perfectly hardy, with lovely evergreen sage-like leaves and really early (beginning of April) fragrant pale lilac flowers. Visually very distinct from other buddlejas, the wood was used for making assegai shafts (Zulu spears to you and me). Much tougher than it looks.
